Great car and truly memorable sales experience. Bought a used Honda Pilot from Liberty. Robin got us set up quickly and efficiently and matched us with Ron D'alfonso. Ron supported us throughout the sale and we scheduled a home delivery because we are in CT (where tax laws make everything harder than necessary). Then it happened. No one could deliver our new to us Pilot due to illness within the Delivery team. Ron took his day off to deliver our car, took it to the emissions and then to our house so I could get the registration finalized without too much stress. He even took a Covid test so we could be extra confident. The car is fantastically clean and a great value for the quality but what put this to 5 stars is Ron's willingness to go above and beyond.

It's good to know that a dealership with a great reputation has a sales representative that provides "helpful and important" data. I had a very interesting day car shopping (12/31/19). I started out a Mirak Chevy in Arlington. Walked into the showroom and started looking around, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Sat in a couple of Blazers(very nice, by the way) then went outside and looked around the upper and lower lots looking at the Equinox. Including my time in the showroom, I was there 25-30 minutes, still no one asked if they could help me. The thing is, there were no other customers in the showroom. Plenty of people working, NO customers. I went back to the showroom and finally was greeted by someone in reception, and I promptly asked "How do I get to Lannan Chevy" and walked out. They didn't blink an eye. On to Lannan. I was greeted by someone in reception who said "Hi" but that was it. No effort was made to ask if I needed help. I sat in a couple of different Equinox, adjusted the seat, steering wheel, side view mirrors and checked the storage area in the rear(I'm told these are all signals of a serious client) and spent time reading all the information on the sticker. There was ONE other customer in the showroom. I walked back and forth across the showroom, making eye contact with several people sitting at desks and in offices and again, NO one asked if they could help me. After 15-20mins of this I walked out. On to Liberty. As you can imagine, I'm already on edge. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Phil Russo. He even apologized to make sure he wasn't taking a customer away from another salesman. We spoke briefly about what I was looking for and we headed for the lot. We located a beautiful gun-metal gray AWD Equinox with a remote start(the only option I was looking for) and we took it for a test drive. Great car! Handles like my 20yr old Camry. Back at the showroom, Phil showed me the benefits of lease vs purchase and fully explained what the lease price is based on. After a little back and forth, I came away with what I thought was a fair deal on the lease. This is what I would call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and All in all a very good experience.I hope Phil is still working there in 3yrs when I trade up.
