Went there for tires and running boards, 2015 30,000. Replaced tires because of age. Truck shakes like xxxx, and they tell me it needs $2.000 in truts. four days before I drove 300 miles it was fine, I pay them 1400 for tires. They will take your money and smile. When you go back the don't care at all!
This Has to be The Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with! I ordered a 2025 s.u. v. they told me 1-2 months ok after 3 months I called and left a message to inquire about my car(because they never have a salesperson answer your call) they finally call me back the next day and tell me my car wasn't ordered because of some lame excuse and I should come up and get my deposit back. Having my trucks serviced here L.O.F. with tire rotations sometimes they don't rotate the tires so I learned to mark the two front tires with chalk. Made an appointment, brought the car in for warranty work. Told the Svc Mgr I needed the car back that day, told shouldn’t be a problem. At 3 pm the car hadn’t been looked at. What’s the need for appointments if you don’t touch the car? Should have known better based on prior experiences. Never again.

We booked an oil change online with the dealership we bought our SUV from. However, when we showed up to the appointment, they didn't have our appointment in their system. I brought my car in to have new lock lug nuts installed because I never received the key to unlock those that were on the car at time of purchase. The dealership put on plain lug nuts and said that’s all sales department authorized, after arguing, they finally ordered lock lug nuts and I had to make a second trip for them to be put onto the car. Rediculous, a brand new car a week old and they tried to screw me. What a cheap dealership. It will make me think twice before recommending this dealership to friends

This was my first experience and I would have hoped they would have wanted to build a positive rapport. I brought it in for an oil change and 5,000 mile check up. According to the work order, they supposedly performed a multi-point inspection yet when I checked my tires were all at 29 psi so I had to drive it back it for them to put air in all the tires. I purchased a certified preowned truck almost 3 years ago and have had numerous issues beginning from the day I picked up the truck with them telling me the check engine light was on from them washing the engine. That's just the first of many issues. They only do oil changes until 3 PM and I've always been told I need to make a Saturday appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance. They found an issue with the warning lights in my Equinox in 1 day. I was going on vacation and left it with Herb Chambers for 9 days and told them after they drive it for 5 minutes all the warning lights go on. They told me they could not find it.
